Mega Evolution is temporary, however, so knowing when to unleash this power is your key to victory in Pokémon battles.
How to Mega Evolve
Mega Evolution requires the Trainer to wear a Key Stone, and their Pokémon to hold a special Mega Stone. When the bond between Trainer and Pokémon is strong enough, the Key Stone resonates with the Mega Stone, allowing Mega Evolution to take place.
